Just an OK experience Walked onto the dealership after a recommendation from our bank. We were there 4 hours and our questions were all answered and we were ready to buy bu Walked onto the dealership after a recommendation from our bank. We were there 4 hours and our questions were all answered and we were ready to buy but we couldn't negotiate the price at all on the vehicle. Once we sat down the price wasn't negotiated at all and they would not give us any answer of financing interest rates until they ran our credit. We walked away with no deal. Days later they called us back and we ended up coming an agreed price. Once we sat down with the finance department girl she was so RUDE and hurrying us off because it was late at night. If it hadn't taken days to come to an agreed price I would have walked out with no deal just because of her. We were given ZERO info once we went through finance. We just had papers shoved at us and off we went. This girl obviously was too busy being rushed and rude that we were in our new vehicle ready to drive off and she was running out of the dealership because she "forgot" to do some DMV paperwork and she "forgot" to collect our DMV fee. We finished the paperwork in the vehicle we purchased (in the parking lot). Sales guys at this dealership are great but their financing department was a joke! More

We met and talked about what we were looking for, (it helped that we had done our research before hand) and we went straight to the point. She gave us a chance to look at the truck we were interested in and offered a test drive! As we drove, she gave many details as we went along and was completely knowledgeable of the car in its entirety. She was also impressed that my partner knew a lot of information about Silverado trucks and it’s many changes over the years, given that he is a Silverado enthusiast and she was able to add and answer with specific facts which was impressive. She explained the many features like the aerodynamics of the truck and how it improves the air flow and makes the trucks interior quieter. The process of actually purchasing the truck was pretty straight forward and she was helpful with the process. Assisted with explaining and completing paperwork and we even had a enjoyable time chatting (finding we had a lot in common) while waiting which made time fly. Over all Melissa Cardona was great and made us proud owners of OUR New 2017 Chevy Silverado Rally Edition! Thank you! More
