Love my Chevy Truck, but not my Chevy Dealership To start off we are so pleased with our 2018 Silverado truck it is fantastic. Our dealer experience was not so fantastic. The salesman made several mi To start off we are so pleased with our 2018 Silverado truck it is fantastic. Our dealer experience was not so fantastic. The salesman made several mistakes and when he was presented with them he tried to “make us happy” and made mire mustakes. Sales is a detailed business you take care of the little details to keep customers pleased. I tried to contact him many times after the sale to work out the problems he did not return calls or texts. We finally got the last of the problems worked out and the $$ returned that we had been charged for items they could not provide. It took over a month and a half to correct our situation. It was not that big of a deal but we could never get the dealership To return calls, texts, or email. We hope they improve their procedures because I am sure we are not the only people who have had problems of this type. Again the truck and it’s prwformence is great love it keep up the great work Chevy. Terrible in every sence I went for a simple oil change. Supposedly my head gasket blew right after i left, ok, i can believe that. It took them almost 3 weeks to fix it. I never recieved a call from them updating ne on progress and every time i called them the phone would just endlessly ring. The rare time that somebody would answer all they could do was transfer my call to another phone that would ring endlessly. When i did finaly get through the technicians seemed to have no clue what was going on with my car. When i finnaly picked my car up they said they replaced the entire head assembly and it should be fine now. 2 weeks later and im taking my chevy back to a different dealership because of problems they probably caused. I highly recomend never going there as i will never be returning. More
