Awesome Experience! I called a Chevrolet dealer 5 minutes from my house to inquire about the cost to remove the lower front air dam from my Colorado and after getting the I called a Chevrolet dealer 5 minutes from my house to inquire about the cost to remove the lower front air dam from my Colorado and after getting the "We're busy, can I have someone call you back?" speech I called Premier Chevrolet and was able to get to speak to Service Advisor John Twiford. Not only was his quote reasonable, but he said he could get me in that day. After I arrived, John advised me that my truck was due for its next servicing and that he could do that as well if I'd like. After a couple of hours I was on my way with the part I wanted removed in the back of my truck and all the servicing needs were up to date. This dealer has been awesome from the sale to now my 2nd servicing at Premier Chevrolet. I have never felt rushed or pressured into something I did not want. The entire Service Department has always been courteous and efficient! I would definitely recommend this dealer and especially John for all your vehicles needs. More

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. As far as the Sales side is concerned, the experience is pretty good. But the service is very frustrating. I brought my car in because the check engine light came on, and had to wait nearly 3 hours to get a shuttle home. I reminded the service guys 3 or 4 times that I needed a shuttle and they kept saying they'd send the driver my way but made no move to call him or check on his location. After almost 2 hours of back and forth, I was told the driver was going on lunch and would be back in 40 minutes. After the 40 minutes I reminded the service guys AGAIN and they said the driver would be back any minute. 30 minutes from that point I finally had to flag the guy down myself when I saw him get out of the shuttle van. I'm a very patient person, but that was just ridiculous. After getting home, I got a call explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. I told them I wasn't too worried about time, but the service advisor insisted the car would be done the next day. I told him that either way I wanted an update by end of day the next day. (This was Tuesday) When Wednesday rolls around, I got no call all day and at 5pm (they close at 6) I finally called and had to wait around for someone to figure out where my rep was. When he gets on the phone, he tells me that he didn't call me because my car wasn't ready and they needed more time. This time he promised me that it would be done by Thursday at noon "by the latest". Thursday at noon comes along and still no call. At 5 I call them again just to find out that my rep left early for the day and the techs are saying my car won't be ready until Friday, which is today. Now I just got my car back and there's some type of grinding sound coming from the right side of the car when I brake. I'm no mechanic, but I'm guessing it's the brakes. How can there be an unidentified sound coming from my just-fixed car when they did a full inspection?? The whole experience is frustrating. Not just because of the sound or the wait time, but because I wasn't being picky about the timeline until I was assured it would be done in a certain timeframe. I would have been fine with waiting 3 days if I was told to expect it. Instead, I was basically lied to and now I have to worry about why my car is making a strange sound until I can get my regular mechanic to take a look. If it wasn't for the extended warranty I have, I would never go to premier for service again. I have a background in customer service and I fully understand the inevitability of extenuating circumstances, but this is a complete collapse of communication and organization. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. More

I decided to do the oil change.. well my oil cap broke and this needed to be replaced. However, they do honor other Chevy dealer coupons, so I was able to use my coupon. More

The salesman made several mistakes and when he was presented with them he tried to “make us happy” and made mire mustakes. Sales is a detailed business you take care of the little details to keep customers pleased. I tried to contact him many times after the sale to work out the problems he did not return calls or texts. We finally got the last of the problems worked out and the $$ returned that we had been charged for items they could not provide. It took over a month and a half to correct our situation. It was not that big of a deal but we could never get the dealership To return calls, texts, or email. We hope they improve their procedures because I am sure we are not the only people who have had problems of this type. Again the truck and it’s prwformence is great love it keep up the great work Chevy. I am Jeri Anderson the review was sent to my husband but I am also an owner of the vehicle and I handle most of the family business on cars so I felt I had a right to also give my review. More
