CHRIS RAHANNA thought someone with tier 1 credit was going to accept such disgraceful terms. Not once did they ever mention the current Truck Season deals they supposedly have going on for well qualified buyers. This tactic leads me to believe they aren't interested in selling vehicles. They use the dealership as a front to let all of the employee's gallivant how the deem fit. Ira then followed me out and asked if his manager TY OBERLY could give me a call to try and negotiate a price. I told him he better have a better deal than what that other P. O. S. Chris Rahanna was trying to gouge me with. "TY" did call and apologized for the inconvenience, but it was clear he didn't truly care about the experience I had received during my visit. He brushed it off, Stating I was in the wrong for coming into the dealership without calling beforehand. He then said that their service didn't seem to meet my expectations and that he wouldn't be able conduct business moving forward. I laughed as if he had thought I was interested in doing so. Word of advice to Steve Anema, you should never lose your cool and speak to another individual the way you did in front of a customer! If you had an issue with what your salesman did you should have respectfully taken him to the side to discuss your issues behind closed doors. In summary, my experience at Premier Chevrolet left much to be desired, and I would caution anyone considering a visit to be prepared for a frustrating and unsatisfactory encounter. The lack of organization and basic inventory management was astonishing. It was evident that the dealership was ill-prepared to handle customer inquiries and provide a seamless experience even though I was the only customer present. PLEASE do your due diligence and read all of the bad reviews about this dealership and how they are always taking advantage of you, the consumers! More

I purchased my 2021 blazer and they promise you the moon at time of purchase but when you need them they ignore you. My car needs service and I wa la told that I can get a loaner or rental when purchased my at time of purchase but when you need them they ignore you. My car needs service and I wa la told that I can get a loaner or rental when purchased my car and now they’re telling me I’m on my own. I would have to pay out of my pocket for a rental. I would never recommend this dealer at all!!!! More

I have been a loyal customer to Premier Chevrolet with buying two from them AND having both cars serviced there as well. I have been out of work for over a year now due to a work injury. I received an offer for a discounted oil change. So i felt relieved to bring my car in. Later to find out that the offer does not apply to my car, even though it says it does. So instead of paying what I thought would be maybe just over $100 with the promo, I'm told it's $240+. FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I literally felt my stomach drop! I was COMPLETELY knocked down by the crazy cost of an oil change. I cannot and will not be bringing my car back for routine oil changes anymore! Nor to any other dealership with it costing an arm and a leg for something so simple as an oil change. I used to do them all the time! I priced the parts(oil and filter) from an auto parts store and the filter sold for 15.99(Mobil 1). The oil, 0w-40 full synthetic Mobil 1 10 qts was $36.99 for 5 qt container. So two needed. That's $90+tax. I think I'll just change my own from now on! Sorry you lost my business for future service! More
This is my second lease with Premiere and Tricia who is the BEST sales person on the planet. She doesn't play games and has everything prepared and ready to be signed and explains any issue you may not un the BEST sales person on the planet.
