Horrible experience Once again I had ti deal with horrible customer service. For the second time I dealt with Brian and he was rude again to me. I thought maybe he was having a rough day last time but he was rude again this time again. I was told to wait about an hour for an oil change and a hour and fourty minutes had passed which is when I went up to him to ask for the status. He quickly responded with they havent even touched my car yet, and then I responded with saying I will just come back another day; Brian rudely responded with, “no matter what day you would have to wait an hour” and this is when I said its been am hour and fourty minutes and my car hasnt been touched. Then he rudely ignored me and gave me my keys to leave. More
