Al was horrible at customer service but, Dre saved the day!! My name is Josephine. I went to the beuna park dealership at 9:30 didn’t leave till 2. I went in for a oil change and a recall for my Chevy Cruz 2016. My name is Josephine. I went to the beuna park dealership at 9:30 didn’t leave till 2. I went in for a oil change and a recall for my Chevy Cruz 2016. I was dealing with Al he frist told me that he might not be able to do the recall cos he didn’t know if he had the part. I said cool just let me know if you guys have the part he told me it will take an hr frist they will do the oil change. So I waited 1hr and 30min I never seen Al do I went to the desk and ask Stave if he can see if my car was done with the oil change and if they are able to do the recall to check if they had the part he play dumb never got back to me.. I ask to talk to a manager never spoke to one another hr pass. Then Dre came up to me said what car was mine cos he seen me there for a long time he said we do have the part and him and another guy ask if they can call me a uber so I don’t have to wait there. I told them I just want me car to be done I been here since 9:30. Dre said hey I am so sorry and I will work on you’re car just give me till 1:30 I said that’s fine. Dre actually came out when it went pass 1:30 to let me know it’s almost done offered me a water was very kind which I appreciated so much. Dre explain to the front desk the situation and I got my oil change for free. But I am thankful cos Dre was not just professional but also kind. I thank you More

Liars Was promised a car that we found online and was listed as having it. Communicated back and forth with a salesman who had promised to have the car cleaned and polished ready for us to arrive between 1-2pm that Saturday we arrived at 1:15pm to find the car had been sold Thursday and we were not notified that the car had been sold after we drove 2 hours through stop and go traffic, and the best they could offer us was "aggressive" pricing on another car that did not even have what we wanted. Completely un professional and rude service that gives all of Chevy a bad name. It's one thing if someone wants the car and is going to buy but at least have the courtesy to inform your customers. Will never shop at premier Chevrolet again More
