I will never do business here again, of any kind. Returned my lease in April of 2019. It was spotless when I returned it -- I know, because I washed the entire car the day before, inside and out, bumper to bumper, by hand. After I left the dealership, someone got a huge scratch across the front bumper, and now I'm the one who needs to pay for it. I called the dealership to ask if anything could be done, and the Used Sales Manager (Jose Perdomo) acted like he was completely powerless, had no responsibility for anything that might have happened, and said I signed a paper that declared the dealership not responsible for anything that happened to the car while it was on their property. Like I had a choice! More

Dishonest dealership I purchased 2 used vehicles from there. The title was supposedly clean no accidents on Carmax. After a few months the paint started coming off and chi I purchased 2 used vehicles from there. The title was supposedly clean no accidents on Carmax. After a few months the paint started coming off and chipping on one of the vehicles. I took my car to an Auto Body and Paint Shop. I was informed the car had a previous accident and it had been painted. I was shocked! I got concerned and decided to take my other vehicle to the Auto Body and Paint Shop. I found out that the vehicle had also had some work done. I went back to the dealership and they told me no accidents were reported on Carmax so I probably did the damages myself. Later I found out that they buy cars that need repairs, they fix them in there shop so it won't get reported to Carmax. They sell used cars with a clean title with no repairs or accidents showing up in Carmax. My advise is do not buy used cars from this dishonest dealership. More

I started looking for new Silverado truck with certain options on Saturday afternoon, which it turned out there were only two trucks in the area with what I was looking for, and Ty found the truck in about 30 minutes and was ready to do a dealer trade. Once the details were all worked out and price was agreed upon, the dealership traded for the vehicle, which I ended up purchasing the next day. In the back of my mind I kept thinking this was too easy and would experience the stereotypical dealer runaround, but none of that happened. Ty worked with Alonso to complete the sale of the truck, which was one of the easiest purchases I've ever made at a dealership. This dealership was completely straight forward, no games and followed through on the agreed price very quickly. I'd like to thank the Ty and Alonso for the great service, and will definitely recommend anyone to contact them. This dealership was a bit out of the way for me, but definitely worth the extra drive for the service, savings on the new vehicle and straight forward approach. More
