I’m giving 1 star solely for Isiah Ortiz who was very kind and helpful throughout my visit. However, I have never been so disappointed and unimpressed with my visit. I brought my car in in February to kind and helpful throughout my visit. However, I have never been so disappointed and unimpressed with my visit. I brought my car in in February to have it diagnosed because the engine light had come on. They let me know that it was a recall for the vehicle and it would not effect driving it, but they would have to order the part they needed to replace and fix the issue. I said that was fine and they let me know it would take a few weeks to get the part but when they do they will call me to schedule a service appointment. Fast forward to May 25, they call and say the part has arrived so I schedule an appointment for June 10 to bring my car in. I take time off work to bring it in and drop it off then the next morning they call me asking who I previously spoke with about the part and that they actually do NOT have the part, can’t find it anywhere, and can’t do anything to help me. Now the part is actually on back order so they can’t even order it for me. When they finally are able to they said it will take another 4-6 weeks to arrive. So now I will have to take off work again when the part comes in so that I can have the issue resolved. More
