I’m giving 1 star solely for Isiah Ortiz who was very kind and helpful throughout my visit. However, I have never been so disappointed and unimpressed with my visit. I brought my car in in February to have it diagnosed because the engine light had come on. They let me know that it was a recall for the vehicle and it would not effect driving it, but they would have to order the part they needed to replace and fix the issue. I said that was fine and they let me know it would take a few weeks to get the part but when they do they will call me to schedule a service appointment. Fast forward to May 25, they call and say the part has arrived so I schedule an appointment for June 10 to bring my car in. I take time off work to bring it in and drop it off then the next morning they call me asking who I previously spoke with about the part and that they actually do NOT have the part, can’t find it anywhere, and can’t do anything to help me. Now the part is actually on back order so they can’t even order it for me. When they finally are able to they said it will take another 4-6 weeks to arrive. So now I will have to take off work again when the part comes in so that I can have the issue resolved. More
I am not the person to write reviews but I believe the lack luster experience I received at Premier Cheverolet of Buena Park needs to be exposed. I sent in my 2017 Chevy Malibu to get diagnosed because th lack luster experience I received at Premier Cheverolet of Buena Park needs to be exposed. I sent in my 2017 Chevy Malibu to get diagnosed because the check engine light was on, plus my electronics system is malfunctioning and I keep my car up to date due to the fact that I use it to do Uber/Lyft. The agent that was assigned to my vehicle was Armando Moreno. After my diagnostics he told me that the engine needed be disassembled to check the pistons and maybe clean them off. At this point I have done tons of diagnostics and replaced my engine air filter, spark plugs, TPS pedal, and frequently add fuel injector cleaner whenever possible (typically every 1500 to 2000 miles). I trusted Armando because I believed that I have exhausted all my options. So, I sent my vehicle back in and a few days later Armando tells me the "cylinder walls are scorched and the engine needs to be replaced." I was very frustrated when I heard this because the car functions fine except the electrical system and a few points in time Armando said he was "Helping me out." By this point I felt as if I just, no, I KNOW I just paid for them to disassemble my engine and put it back together with the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON!!! I walk in to pick up my vehicle because I was told it was ready to be picked up, It was not. I had 3 different individuals come up to me and ask what I was there for...I was very confused by this because I saw Armando and I believe I spoke with his manager Tommy Marshall but both did not provide the ANY customer service to appease the situation. I paid and left. This experience is about the worst experience I have ever received from a dealership and recommend that black individuals DO NOT receive service from this location because I believe they have a problem with disgruntled BLACK customers because other customers seemed to be treated with respect. P.S. I hate playing the race card but it seems to be the only reason why I was not approached with concern for why I was disgruntled in the first place. More

Not a great experience. I took my truck in (2/28/2020) to fix an issue on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. When I dropped it off I was then told that the part is on backorder (not premier Chevrolet fault). I the fix an issue on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. Which I was then told that I would be getting the next vehicle that comes in. I recently picked my truck up after a long wait (5/22/2020) and I was never offered a temporary vehicle. I am not sure if this is typical of all dealerships but I was always the one who called to get any update on the vehicle. More
