They blew me off on a recall I called and made an appointment and then a special trip and left the car off to have some recall work done on my 2009 Pontiac Vibe. They did not do the work, and said they needed more parts to cover other recalls on the car as well, one an airbag issue. They said they would call me and reschedule. They never called. I called them three times over several months, each time speaking with another service person who promised to call me and schedule the work Never happened. I called GMC and now am trying another dealer. A big and unsafe pain in the neck, really annoying. Quite a contrast to the TLC I get from a Subaru dealer. I would avoid them. More
Bad service, no one will answer the phone, or return a call they left a funnel in the valve cover after an oil change and the filler cap left on the battery tray. Another time after 2 messages I am still waiting 3 weeks later about 4wheel drive service and the transfer stuck in Auto. Did I get a call back, NO. They will also no honor certain private discounts. Do I recommend this dealership? NO Go to Team One in Oakland!! More
simple oil change and minor maintenance I had an appointment for 1 pm and I showed up at 12 30 pm just to get there early. I spoke with Josiah told hima weird noise was coming from my back passenger tire, a piece on my door just broke that morning, and a oil change. I SIGNED a paper saying what all will be done with my car. They said an hour it will be done. Finally at 3 pm I called and called. Finally Roberta answered she transfered me to someone's voice mail. I hung up called back several times she wouldn't answer. My husband called and she answered his phone call.. she then went to tell him I never brought my car in, then to say they lost my car, then to say they forgot all about my car.. they finally delivered my car at 630 pm. And the foot was still never fixed. .. it is now 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my part that they said will be there in a day or two.. this is absolutely the worst service department ever.. the employees are RUDE! ! You would think the owner of the business would do something. But I guess he enjoys having a horrible business environment. Do not bring your car here... drive to clarksburg!! Very friendly and they bend over backwards to make things right for you! !!! More
Terrible Service Department We purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave in December 2012 and the buying experience was so so at best. When service is needed absolutely horrible. We had a DVD Player installed when we purchased the vehicle by the dealer. We have had trouble with the DVD player so we have been trying to make an appointment since July of 2014 to get it looked at because the company who installs the DVD player is only there certain days. We had to take the vehicle back for recalls and about 2 weeks ago we made an appointment for yesterday to have it looked at. They had 2 weeks to get ready for this and told them the video was cutting out. Went out of our way to drop it off Wednesday night and when we got it back today Friday the recalls were taken care, but nothing was done with the DVD Player. We now have to make another appointment, which couldn't do that today because nobody would get back to us after we were told they would. I will never purchase anything from this place again if that is how the service department is ran. I am very disappointed in the way customers are treated after the sale. More
