Excellent facilities, and they have a great place to relax and wait, if you need to. Through my experience, it seemed every person that works there were willing and ready to do above and beyond what they needed to do in order to help you, even if you are dealing with another salesman, my comfort seemed to be their concern. And I do feel, Kenny Hammond, the salesman I dealt with, was great, and did above and beyond what was expected. It was a shocking and well rewarding experience, and I couldn't thank them enough. Service department markups are rediculous I took my vehicle to have a ABS light serviced. They diagnosed it as a driver side speed sensor wiring harness gone bad and quoted me $500 and some ch I took my vehicle to have a ABS light serviced. They diagnosed it as a driver side speed sensor wiring harness gone bad and quoted me $500 and some change to fix it. The part cost $40 brand new at a local auto parts dealer and took me 30 min to install. I can not stress how inappropriate I feel their quote was. More

Great experience I was looking for a car last year. I purchased one from a less than reputable dealer. I had had it with the car and the dealer. I started looking for I was looking for a car last year. I purchased one from a less than reputable dealer. I had had it with the car and the dealer. I started looking for another car at the beginning of August. I had tried 2 other dealers and it was a no go without a large down payment. I had been looking at different dealerships online. I emailed Premier on the 9th. I received a phone call on the 10th, made an appointment to go in and went in. I met the sales manager and he introduced me to my sales person. I didn't know exactly what I wanted other than a smaller SUV. He showed me a blue Equinox and I took a test drive. When we got back, I went in and started the purchase process. I had to leave in the middle of it. When I got back, everything was ready for me to sign. My salesman came back and asked me to please get insurance for the vehicle. I was absolutely dumbfounded when I was told I was approved to purchase the vehicle with no money down. The payments are a little more than I hoped because of my credit situation. Being approved with no money down was more than I hoped for. I would definitely recommend Premier to others. More
