Before this, I had been in email communication with Kenny "the terminator" (I'll get back to that) the previous day to make things easy and efficient for when I come to the dealership. During the email conversation, I let Kenny know what vehicle and payment I was looking for. He stated "you're sitting pretty right now". Upon arrival and waiting, someone finally got Kenny and we check out a Denali because he could "get me close to the payment" I was looking for, much to my surprise. I test drove, went inside (while listening to the other salesmen joke and make fun of the "terminator" while he never heard them) and gave my information and signed/initialed documents. Then got interrupted by another salesmen as he and Kenny talked about where their plates were and who took them. I can honestly go on and on right now but I'm running out of room and patience. So, a long story short, the "deal" that I wasted my time and your salesman's time was approximately $200 more a month than what had been falsely promised. The salesmen thought I was nuts for expecting something cheaper, especially when going with an SLT. My past experience with Harry Green was exceptional and they actually worked with the customer to get them a good deal while they still profited, unlike your salesmen. In comparison, I still can't fathom how they can do that but your dealership can't. I traveled from Katy to your dealership to have an enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle instead of going 15 minutes away to Exit 132. I'll never make that mistake again and intend on not letting anyone else do the same. Thanks, Rick More

We journeyed across the vast lands of Morgantown to find a pnc worthy of pulling the funds for this fine piece of American machinery. I would just like to say that Max was the best xxxx salesmen I have ever had to deal with and that everyone should take a piece of this mans tactics. Thank you to all the people at Premier Chevrolet for your assistance in finding me the most appropriate vechicle. Hey price was a little steep but all in all this is America and you're not just giving vehicles away. If you do though please CALL ME. Best Salesmen in all of the land hands down. Also the finance team was very helpful and intelligent. Great dealership, great buy. More

They blew me off on a recall I called and made an appointment and then a special trip and left the car off to have some recall work done on my 2009 Pontiac Vibe. They did not do the work, and said they needed more parts to cover other recalls on the car as well, one an airbag issue. They said they would call me and reschedule. They never called. I called them three times over several months, each time speaking with another service person who promised to call me and schedule the work Never happened. I called GMC and now am trying another dealer. A big and unsafe pain in the neck, really annoying. Quite a contrast to the TLC I get from a Subaru dealer. I would avoid them. More
Bad service, no one will answer the phone, or return a call they left a funnel in the valve cover after an oil change and the filler cap left on the battery tray. Another time after 2 messages I am still waiting 3 weeks later about 4wheel drive service and the transfer stuck in Auto. Did I get a call back, NO. They will also no honor certain private discounts. Do I recommend this dealership? NO Go to Team One in Oakland!! More

simple oil change and minor maintenance I had an appointment for 1 pm and I showed up at 12 30 pm just to get there early. I spoke with Josiah told hima weird noise was coming from my back passenger tire, a piece on my door just broke that morning, and a oil change. I SIGNED a paper saying what all will be done with my car. They said an hour it will be done. Finally at 3 pm I called and called. Finally Roberta answered she transfered me to someone's voice mail. I hung up called back several times she wouldn't answer. My husband called and she answered his phone call.. she then went to tell him I never brought my car in, then to say they lost my car, then to say they forgot all about my car.. they finally delivered my car at 630 pm. And the foot was still never fixed. .. it is now 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on my part that they said will be there in a day or two.. this is absolutely the worst service department ever.. the employees are RUDE! ! You would think the owner of the business would do something. But I guess he enjoys having a horrible business environment. Do not bring your car here... drive to clarksburg!! Very friendly and they bend over backwards to make things right for you! !!! More
