This is an awful, deceitful place that ripped me off. I unknowingly bought a vehicle service contract from AmeriPlus for $3.6k. When I tried to cancel AmeriPlus, AmeriPlus told me the vehicle service contract was never funded, which means Premier Auto Group might have kept the entire $3.6k. Also, I got four bad tires which failed the MD inspection, and they never agreed to cover. I had only driven 400 miles since buying the car, and the MD inspection place said the tires were bad. When you buy, make sure you don't get their vehicle service contract. Manager Muncy is awful. This place seems to be okay with ripping off customers. I will let you know how the lawsuit goes. More

Bought a Toyota Corolla from them early 7/2024. Car was listed as having a minor front accident two years ago. After purchasing vehicle and driving back home realized the car brakes up on its own on the highway due to damage to the collision sensor. There is duck tape below the bumper. One (hopefully) of the tire pressure sensors needs changing. Both headlights are broken which affects the focusing of the headlights. These are just the issues I have found in a few days. Their fix for all is to use the service contract that they sell to fix the damages. After speaking with the Toyota dealership locally they have been able to highlight several concern areas around the car including paint run marks and the car being buffed over. They also were able to highlight the slight difference in paint color on the rear bumper. All of these issues with paint difference, paint run and buffing would suggest that there was other issues outside of the minor accident fro two years ago. There is a difference between selling vehicles with minor damage and selling vehicles that have clear safety concerns. At some point, hiding behind the cover of 'ohhh, it is buy as is' will not be enough to absolve Premier Automotive of Dumphries VA of the unethical business practices. Future potential customers, take the car to a mechanic or bring one with you. The guys that work here are really good at what they do. More
I waited to write this review to see if they would reach out to make this right. Every car they showed me on their lot was a total loss. If you plan to buy from these cats make sure you check the carfax. The Acura ILX I went to test drive was sweating oil from the bottom of the engine. Upon checking the carfax of the acura I found that it had been totaled with severe front end damage. I ended up buying a 2018 Honda civic touring instead. On the way home from the dealership it broke down on me and left me on the side of the road it was after hours so I couldn’t call them. I reached out to David in the morning to tell him the car left me stranded. David advised me his manager would reach out to me. I waited all day before writing this review still no word from the manager. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Now I see why this dealer had a 2.5/5 rating. More
HORRIBLE. Dealership ran on dishonest business practices. I purchased my car from them after reassuring me it was working perfectly. I told them that the break Dealership ran on dishonest business practices. I purchased my car from them after reassuring me it was working perfectly. I told them that the breaks are not working well when I test drove it. They assured me they would fix it when their mechanic was back to work, as I purchasing the car after he had already left. Then they changed their minds and said they would fix it after the holidays. We agreed on a date and I was 1.5 hour into drive when they told me that the mechanic did not show up. Then they told me to come back the following day, which turned into a week, and now it has been two months and my breaks are still not fixed. Not to mention the other faults I found in the car after taking it to a mechanic. I don't recommend purchasing a car from dishonest people, who do not value customer relationships and make empty promises. More
I dealt with David and explained to him that I was driving 400 miles one way to purchase a car and wanted to make sure there were no issues before I made the trip. He assured me the car was perfect. H driving 400 miles one way to purchase a car and wanted to make sure there were no issues before I made the trip. He assured me the car was perfect. He sent me the carfax and I called him back regarding the minor damage that had been reported to the front of the car. He assured me the repairs were professional and that you could not tell there had ever been any repairs. He said the paint was perfect. When I got to the dealership they pulled the car up and I could immediately tell the front of the car had been painted. The paint was cracking and the quality of the paint was completely different from the rest of the car. The hood had several paint chips and there were scratches in multiple places on the car. None of this was mentioned! When I confronted him about these issues he used the excuse of them being so busy. He had time to send me a video of the car but made sure that he didn’t get close enough for me to be able to see any of these issues in the video. First of all I would never recommend buying from this dealer but if you do, you better check the car thoroughly before doing so. More
