I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Premier Automotive. The Odyssey was in great condition and relatively low mileage for the age of the vehicle. Phil, the sales rep, who worked with me quoted a price that I thought seemed fair and so I decided to buy. I put down a deposit and planned to pick up the Odyssey the following week. The weekend prior to picking up the Odyssey I went to an internet sight to get a picture of the vehicle. Included with the picture was a printed price for the Odyssey that was lower than the price that Phil had quoted . Apparently there was a clerical error made which caused the printed price to be in error. The dealership did, however, honor the lower price. Thank you Premier! . More

Such a nice used car lot, never been here before, my first purchase from them, but definitely not the last one. I came for originally for something older and really cheap, but was able to finance my 201 first purchase from them, but definitely not the last one. We went to look at a Civic but they had some issues with the vehicle so we took a Vibe for a drive instead. Looked like it was going to work for us until we took it to our mechanic. We had to put a deposit to have it looked at but was assured they had already done a thorough inspection of the car. Well, we are so glad we did. The underside had an excessive amount of rust. Not just what would be expected on an older car. The frame was so rusted through where it attached to the body that it would be unable to be fixed when it failed, which wouldn’t be long. When I showed the sales person the report with pictures he couldn’t believe how bad it was. But we didn’t get our deposit back because ‘they could have sold it while we had it being inspected.’ That’s right they still have that car for sale on their website knowing what is wrong with it. The manager refused to talk to me about our deposit or the car. DON’T BUT A CAR HERE! Dishonest. More
