The experience that we had at premiere auto was excellent. We found the truck on cars.com and couldn't see the pictures yet so we found that it was at Premier Auto and called to request pictures, details and when it would be available to test drive. They sent pictures quickly and kept in touch with us as to what was going on with the vehicle and when it would be on the lot. The first time we saw it Bradley let us test drive and we were happy with the run of the truck but not the appearance. We got back to the lot and told Bradley to call when some heavy detailing on the scratches was complete and then we would come check it out again. He called us back that day to give details on what was happening. When we went back in to see it Krystin was there to help. She was very helpful, down to earth and understanding. We worked out details with her on our trade in, she sat and played with our daughter while we signed papers and then made sure all expectations were written out so we knew it would be taken care of. Premier did well on taking care of the exterior when they knew it was the only thing keeping us from purchasing. The only down fall was the interior was not done to our expectations but, it is easily fixable. We are very happy with our truck and will refer others to Premier Auto without hesitation! More
