I went to go get my oil change and they told me they couldn't do it because they did not give me my maintenance card.premier auto said that we only need one maintenance card for both cars.my overall experience was great I love the person that sold me the car Scott Lehman was awesome getting us into this car but it's been a lot of headaches. More

Looking for SUV We were looking for another SUV with 3 rows of seating. We had looked at many other trucks and didn't have any luck trading . Premier had a few SUVs on their lot so we stopped by. Jahbari let me test drive a couple of different ones and he was very knowledgeable about both. In the end we got the deal we wanted without any hassle or issue. They stayed after hours to finish everything and it was the quickest car deal I have ever done. They did make it easy and have already followed up to make sure all was going well. We are very pleased with our new truck and it was exceptionally clean! Customer service is key and they were willing to take care of a few minor issues like a second key and a cracked door guard. We appreciate them making our experience a good one and I would recommend them. More

We happened upon Premier Auto upon recommendation from a colleague and were very happy with the customer service and the friendliness of all of the employees that we encountered. Granted, I feel that my wife and I could have looked at a few other options, but we very much enjoy out 2011 Kia Forte that we purchased from Premier in Jonesboro. I will gladly suggest this dealership to those that I know are looking for a vehicle and gladly recommend Nathan as he was very hospitable, polite, and was very much not a salesman who was very pushy, unlike a handful of other auto salesmen that I have interacted with. The only gripes that I had were that the cabin air filter was not changed before purchase and the mat in the trunk not present either, but these were taken care of VERY quickly. I very much felt that those that we had purchased our Kia from were in the business of customer satisfaction, NOT money-grubbing salesmen with dollar signs in their eyes. More
