Easy truck purchase We talked to Franky on the phone, he described the truck and researched the towability of it (both pulling our boat and being towed behind RV), always We talked to Franky on the phone, he described the truck and researched the towability of it (both pulling our boat and being towed behind RV), always responded quick to our calls and emails. When we drove from W. Washington to see the truck, we were immediately greeted and shown the truck, test drove it, and negotiations were smooth. We were in and out of there in a couple of hours. The only thing I would suggest they improve would be to offer customers something to drink! lol We drove from 68 degrees to 96 degrees and really could have used some cold water and maybe a shade umbrella while examining the vehicle. I asked if there was a second key fob and ignition key and Franky said he'd ask the former owner to try to find them. We were very happy and surprised when he called us a couple of weeks later to say he was mailing them to us! Great job Franky! Thank you! More
