The entire process was so efficient I felt that I didn't spend any time on it, but still got exactl car easier than I've ever previously experienced. Without even paying attention, my registration and insurance were taken care of and the car came with the license plated already on! I've never had that before, and will not ever be satisfied with anything less in the future. The entire process in total took several telephone calls, one or two emails and less total time than it takes to go to ONE dealership and speak to ONE sales person. Further, unlike a salesperson at a dealership, this company has no vested interest in pushing a particular make or model. They will carefully listen to your needs and, regardless of the vehicle you choose, take care of all the insurance transfers, tags, titles, registration, financing, delivery and even putting on the new plates!!
