He took my old car back and handled its return without involving me in any hassle -- and he even negotiated with the finance company on my behalf and got all "excess-wear-and-tear" charges removed. A few weeks later he brought the new license plates to my house and mounted them on the car. His customer service is amazing; he is responsive to any questions I have, he called me the day after he brought me the car to see how I liked driving it for the first time, and he takes obvious pleasure in having a satisfied and happy customer.
