Cj and preferred leasing/sales deserves the highest of ratings for so many reasons! I work countless hours and have 2 small children at home leaving me very little time to shop for vehicles so I made a few phone calls to various dealers, who were all semi-helpful, but the next step was always the same thing....time to go in and sit down with a sales person. Once I started dealing with Cj, I knew that this experience was going to be different and easier witch fit my demanding schedule much better. Not only was I not required to go in and sit down with anyone from Preferred but pretty much everything was handled with emails, texts and phone calls (which was all quite minimal and easy). We found the car(s) I was looking for and I was given different financing options from Cj who assisted me with all of the decisions. Once we got through those particulars, one vehicle was dropped off at my house and the other at my office on a different day. I'm now in the market for another fleet truck and although I will still call around to check pricing, I am looking forward to doing the deal with Cj and preferred. Cj will probably be getting many referrals from me. More

CJ gave me a price better then any other agent and was even able to get me some more options for t This is my 7th car I have leased through preferred! His customer service skills are unbelievable and he was very patient with me, even when I kept on asking so many questions! He took care of everything I needed from A-Z and all I had to do was open my front door to get the keys from the guy who dropped off my car. He brought back my old car to the dealer and took care of all the paper work. I hope to lease many more cars from CJ in the future!! More
