Terrible Experience Do Not Trust this dealership. I bought a car and in less that a month it was in the shop for major repairs. The dealership was unwilling to help and o Do Not Trust this dealership. I bought a car and in less that a month it was in the shop for major repairs. The dealership was unwilling to help and once I started digging into everything I found out that they signed me up for the wrong warranty package. After more digging I found out that this used to be a different dealership then the owner took the name Preferred from another man without consulting with him. This tells you that they are trying to use someone else's good name to do business. Back to my car it has been in the shop for over two weeks getting repairs made to it. More

Rami is a liar! Rami sold us a car that needs a 10k transmission. Rami was asked on several occasions if he could return our money down and pay the loan off for this Rami sold us a car that needs a 10k transmission. Rami was asked on several occasions if he could return our money down and pay the loan off for this 25k+ car and he blatantly refused. This man has no decency or respect for hard working consumers. He was in business across the street rom his current location and sold/transferred ownership of Highline in 2016. Rami has not provided any solutions to assist with this matter. The extended warranty that they sold us...the company has denied the repair bill of 10k due to the fact that the issues were pre-existing as reported period to the sale and purchase of the vehicle and contract. Rami should have been forthcoming with us opposed to selling us a vehicle that was already no good. We have contacted Rami at Preferred and to no avail he has not provided a resolve. This man cannot be trusted. Rami also requires that the consumer sign an arbitration agreement in which it wasn't explained and we have learned that this protects the dealership and not the consumer. Rami is the owner of this LLC and again Rami cannot he trusted. We continue to fight this! Everyone at the dealership has apologized except Rami the owner. Rami you need to return our hard earned money. Rami you should have never sold a car that needed a transmission. More

He and his staff will not return phone calls or emails. What kind of company has you sign an arbitration agreement that states that YOU have to pay for the arbitration. That is how they get away with unethical business practices.They say their vehicles are triple checked and they stand by them.Nothing could be farther from the truth. Terrible experience! BEWARE! the car was one price and they charged me a 100 more i have gotten multiply cars from them when they were highline imports and this time I purchased a car for my son and was promised a loyalty discount b i have gotten multiply cars from them when they were highline imports and this time I purchased a car for my son and was promised a loyalty discount but instead of them honoring it they jacked up the price by $100 two claim they discounted it $200 for referral.
