I have talked with many dealerships and this is another dealership refusing my form of payment, while I am trying to purchase a car and pay in full they refuse to accept my form of payment. When informing them of the rules of law their answer is we do not do business like this. A promissory note is a legal form of payment. What do you think a federal reserve note is????? Its a promissory note. The financing department uses it when signing and then does the IRC reporting without your knowledge.
