I was not expecting to leave with a vehicle due to past failures elsewhere. But to my surprise Tanya got me approved for a 2016 BMW, which exceeded my expectations. So unhappy with this car dealer. I drove an hour and a half to get this car for my son only to find that two days later, the door panels began separating from the doors. I called the car dealer back and they said used cars sell "as is". I was horrified. This was literally two days after buying it. I took it to a body shop near me to be repaired and called the manager asking for refund or even a partial one for the repairs and they offered me a free oil change and acted like that was a big deal. I was not going to drive an hour and a half for an oil change and that was hardly the price of what I had to pay for the repair. Please stay away from this crooked dealership. They do not stand by their cars, nor do they care what happens to you when you leave the lot. More
