The dealer did not keep their promise and it cost me $384. I was promised a spare key when I purchased my vehicle. The first salesperson was fired before I could complete my transaction. I was then r $384. I was promised a spare key when I purchased my vehicle. The first salesperson was fired before I could complete my transaction. I was then referred to the Used Car Sales Manager Brian Speck who has been very nice through phone and email conversations but has repeatedly misled me and failed to resolve my issue. I ended up buying a spare key under the promise that the dealer would reimburse me. It has been 4 months now and no resolution. More

He has interacted with me a number of times after the purchase, to help look for a hard top, get side mirror mounts for when doors are taken off to drive, Jeep events around the state, etc. My in-laws purchased vehicles from his brother, also in sales, and were also very satisfied on multiple purchases over the years. The service team is very courteous, pretty sharp, and I've had nothing but good service. I had a radiator replaced under warranty, oil change/tire rotations, and the Jeep keeps running great. Haven't been pressured into overselling me services either. More

One employee does it all My initial visit was bad. I called ahead and was told to stop by so they could look at the issue and determine the next step. I stopped by, was ignore My initial visit was bad. I called ahead and was told to stop by so they could look at the issue and determine the next step. I stopped by, was ignored by the blue shirt guys, then told I would have to wait at least 45 minutes. I made an appointment, only dealership in town. Again ignored by blue shirts and passed to the red shirt guy. He was nice and the only person helping customers. One person does not save my business, I dont like being treated as unimportant. Tire rotation I called to find out how much the service would be. I ended up paying even less than quotes, and certainly much less than another local tire service I called to find out how much the service would be. Great people, great service. More
No Transparency-Unsafe Vehicle I had not purchased a vehicle from a dealership for many years, now I remember why. Realizing that you are always taking a gamble when purchasing a us I had not purchased a vehicle from a dealership for many years, now I remember why. Realizing that you are always taking a gamble when purchasing a used vehicle, the Toyota I purchased came replete with a number of major safety issues. The warning signs were there--leaking interior was attributed to the sunroof (incorrect), the car did not handle well, there were squeaks and pops (stuck parking brake). The car was definitely not perfect. Upon taking the car to my local mechanic, however, it quickly became evident that there were major safety issues involving the suspension system. This vehicle should have never been allowed to have left the lot in the condition that it was in. I decided to invest the necessary money to revive the car but I want this review to serve as a cautionary tale. None of the vehicles many issues were disclosed to me. Do not have faith that this dealership is doing their due diligence—have the vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic. More

I was very satisfied with the honesty, courtesy, and professionalism I received from my salesman Andy Rogers. I have also used this Preferred location for service and have always felt I was given honest, quality workmanship on service - they even informed me of items that were warrantied that I wouldn't have to pay for, when they could have billed me. They are fairly quick, and polite, and I have no reason to look elsewhere for service needs. More
