The most recent visit was a first service on a new vehicle purchase. The windshield has obvious blemishes in the glass from the manufacturer. This was noticed on my part when purchased but I assumed it was sticker adhesive. After an unsatisfactory purchase of a remote start option I decided to wait till the next service to bring the windshield to the dealers attention. Of course the service rep said the service mgr stated it was external windshield damage..... Now I have to take more time out of my life for a return visit to the dealer to have a defective windshield replaced on a brand new vehicle More

Very nice customer waiting area and snacks and refreshments available. Good recap by the customer rep at completion of service. David Burt was our rep and he was excellent. My one disappointment with the visit was that they didn't vacuum or wash my car. Up in Washington,where we moved from, the dealer always washed and vacuumed your car at any maintenance visit. That is a very nice service and something I think Precision Toyota could do to "up" their customer service. More

I brought in an expired oil change coupon one day after scheduling this appointment with information explaining that the coupon was expired and they chose to accept it then declined to offer the coupon price when I arrived. The coupon was from their dealership and I’ve never had an issue before using coupons. The service advisor and his manager did not care of what I was going through nor did they express anything of a human nature towards me after I told them the story. It’s fine because it’s just business right? The next appointment went well, the advisor was informative and helped me understand that the president of Precision Toyota cares more about statistics and revenue more than customers and genuine gratitude. I love my 2018 Toyota Camry! I had a 2014 Hybrid Toyota Camry that I had no intention of trading in. One evening on my way home from work I decided to stop by just to see the 2018 I had a 2014 Hybrid Toyota Camry that I had no intention of trading in.
