MAD AS H...rust issue brush-off I recently purchased a 2008 Tacoma that was from back East (New Jersey) and after closer inspection discovered it had major frame rust issues. On Fri I recently purchased a 2008 Tacoma that was from back East (New Jersey) and after closer inspection discovered it had major frame rust issues. On Friday, 09/21/18 Precision preformed a scheduled rust inspection per the Toyota rust recall/law suit and summarized the vehicle had "moderate surface rust, no further action needed." I'm not sure if they were looking at the right vehicle...the shackle keepers and bed mounts are rusted through! The vehicle is not safe to drive for much longer!!! More

I decided to drive 25 miles to Precision Toyota to have my car checked. Carlos was my technician. He told me the situation regarding wait time,but would keep me informed. An hour later he told me the problem was the battery not the Alternator. After arriving o/a 11:30 and I left the dealership around 4:00. I was really impressed with the service and especially Carlos. He was very helpful, extremely professional, curtious, meticulous, and very knowledgeable. More
Okay service Two issues: 1) everytime I come here service tech’s (who all must be giants) leave the driver seat in the full back position. When I get in the car my feet do not even touch the pedals and must be adjusted. Every time. Irritating ! 2) every time I am there the service tech tells me that the cabin air filter needs replaced. When I got home my husband ordered a new one from Amazon. Going to install it this morning he found that the current cabin air filter is fine, I.e.: like new. Again, very irritating ! More
