Horrible service department. AVOID THIS DEALER Very rude and demeaning towards customers. Identified and resolved a problem with the tires on my new 2018 Toyota Highlander Limited that another Dealership had failed to correct after 4 separate visits. Not only did Precision Toyota identify the problems with the tires, they followed up with Toyota directly, which led to Toyota Corporate’s approval to replace all four tires! Outstanding and incomparable service which to me was a clear indication Precision Toyota doesn’t just sell vehicles, they are committed to providing outstanding service and support to their customers after a purchase. They have earned my total respect and appreciation for their business model. More

Recent Car Inspection looking for the source of a noise I was very satisfied with the inspection and care taken with my 2008 Avalon. The only disappointment was that I made an appointment for 9:30am, was there early, and left my car at the dealer. I almost missed a 5:30 appointment because I did not get my car back until a bit after 5pm. Other than that, the dealership inspected my car, topped off the fluids, and gave me a full report. More
