I went here for an oil change and tire rotation a few months back. The whole time the man was working with me was rude and pushy. After the fact they gave me a list of upwards of $5,000 of things that we months back. The whole time the man was working with me was rude and pushy. After the fact they gave me a list of upwards of $5,000 of things that were “urgently broken” insinuating that if I didn’t fix them immediately I’d get in a crash. Coupled with the videos they took to try and back up their lie that stuff was broken it was all pretty sleazy with them trying to scare you into getting expensive services done. It all felt scammy so I went to the other Toyota in Tucson and what do you know there is literally nothing wrong with the car and I had been lied to. I would dissuade anyone from going here and frankly there is no amount of money you could pay me to get my car serviced here because they are scummy liars. More

I was originally satisfied with the customer service for repairs. However, in the past year I have become a dissatisfied customer and will look elsewhere for service. In December last year my vehicle need repairs. However, in the past year I have become a dissatisfied customer and will look elsewhere for service. In December last year my vehicle needed a new battery. It was still under the bumper to bumper warranty. At first Precision told me they would not replace the battery. I had to discuss this matter at length with someone in management and while they did replace the battery as a warranty repair it was an unpleasant experience. When I purchased the vehicle in 2021 I specifically inquired about quick service for oil changes and 5,000 mile check-ups. They assured me that they provided these services, on a drive-in basis, in about 1 hour. Now, in my last two or three visits, they are quoting over 2 hours for a simple oil change and they prefer that you make an appointment. They have a speech about how busy their service technicians are, overworked, apparently. This seems to be nonsense, Precision has more than likely found out that they can layoff repair staff, make customers wait longer, and still make a profit. Bad work on the part of Precision, I will take my business elsewhere. More
