Hi Gagzona, Thank you for speaking with me today. The meaning of a lie, is for someone to purposely tell you something that's not true. You service advisor went over the two serving options with you, one is longer than the other. Justin Padilla isn't known for lying, but is known for providing his guests with outstanding customer service, impeccable paperwork that's easy for guests to read, as well easy to understand the recommendations needed on a vehicle. We were 18 minutes late getting your vehicle to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. We work hard to get vehicles in a out of the shop in a timely matter. There are occasions a technician will need a little extra time do to the amount of recommendations needed, shop flow, or a difficulty that comes up. Our number one concern is taking care of our guests repairing vehicles correctly. I've watched all the video footage and do apologized that the vehicle was 18 minutes and I believe that Garrett and Justin did their very best working with you.
