I tried a couple of months ago but ran into several problems. They under priced my trade-in. I visited with another Toyota dealer a bit farther away who offered a lot more for the trade in. Unfortunately, they did not have what I wanted so I went back to Precision. Only after being advised of the competitive offer on the trade-in did they get competitive. As we got close to a deal the vehicle price majically went up $3300. I got the owner involved and he did nothing about the price for the new truck but he upped the offer for my trade-in a small amount. Curiously, I found the same truck in Phoenix for $700 less than what Precision told me was their best bottom line price. Funny, the Phoenix price was their advertised prenegotiation price.... Sunny Davis is a terrible customer relations person. Do your homework, look around and you will find Precision is not the place to buy a vehicle. More

Our service advisor for three visits and three different problems, Anthony Burgess, each time walked us through every detail from diagnosis to estimate and repair. I appreciated his competence and his friendly manner and the extra effort he made to be sure I did not miss my complementary shuttle home during the last visit.
