Hi Peace4love, We did have you scheduled for routine maintenance, we later found out you had a noise concern. We want to help each of our guests the very best we can, 100% of the time. That being said, your vehicle needed to go to two different technicians. We want to keep oil change services to be completed in a reasonable amount of time. Technicians preforming those services only provide those services to keep shop flow moving so guests aren't waiting longer than needed. Your vehicle is no longer under warranty and there would be a charge for a Master Certified Technician to diagnose your vehicles noise. We were not making our service load your problem the day you came in, just letting you know why we were unable to have a Master Tech look at your vehicle at the time. If you'd schedule an appointment for your noise concern, we are happy to have a Master Tech go with you on a test drive to make sure he hears what's concerning to you. I understand your vehicle came in with missing valve stem caps, and we failed to put new ones on for you. I have had 4 shipped to your home address. We really do want all of our guests to be happy with us. We want vehicles to be completed within the promise time. We want to provide outstanding service to everyone.
