This is not the first time that he has been so accommodating. He made recommendations as to when we could followup on needed issues and gave me reliable estimates on the cost and the time required to complete the service. This time of completion is a major issue for me in that I live 80 miles from the dealership and must plan my trips to Tucson in such a way as to complete a number of chores including MD visits at times certain. He has a great sense of humor as well. More
Worst Finance Department I had the worst experience at Precision Toyota. I was going to purchase a my first car. The sales associate was awesome. He was really friendly, answered all of our questions. It was done deal, I was going to purchase the car. Then we got to the finance department. The man kept making comments about cars being stolen and them being taken to Mexico which was completely inappropriate. He became very angry (emotionally and in his body language) that I told him I only wanted to purchase GAP insurance. My father stepped out of the office for a minute and the sales man came within proximity to ask what was bothering me about finalizing the purchase. I said, “ I want to purchase the car and GAP insurance that’s it.”. At that moment, I knew how I was being treated was not okay and decided to leave. I don’t believe Precision Toyota is a bad place to buy a car, but I highly don’t recommend their finance department. More
Efficient friendly service We were greeted after about 5 minutes and given a couple of vouchers for snacks. Much appreciated. Service was completed in less time than estimated. Excellent, fast, friendly service from Travis ! I was met quickly and greeted kindly by Travis. He was clear speaking in language I could understand. (Even after add-ons that needed to be done). He went out of his way to show me the lounges and massage chair rooms and gave me a coupon for 2 snacks. I tried all the rooms and massage chair. I was impressed-comfortable, perfect room temp and music so far in background I couldn’t hear it. Thanks Travis for excellent service! More
