The Lyft service I needed to pick up my car after service was terrible. I do not blame the dealership personnel since they worked hard to secure a ride for me. The service advisor, Marcos Romero, was outstanding - he explained what was to be done and the reasons for it. I do not blame the service department for ride mishap, Mr. Romero was embarrassed by the situation. I rated customer service as good only because of the ride fiasco. More
