What is going on with totoyota???!! purchased a new 2019 toyota tacoma and nothing but problems, recalls, and service screw ups?/ 3 days ago i booked a service appointment online for 2 services due (10k m toyota tacoma and nothing but problems, recalls, and service screw ups?/ 3 days ago i booked a service appointment online for 2 services due (10k miles and second factory recall for fuel pump replacement) . today i get a call saying i only have one service booked and the factory fuel pump recall parts have to be ordered and may not be here in time (my appointment is 1 month out in November). What is the purpose of service without parts?... good grief !!!... I will never buy another Toyota again and never go to Precision Toytoa for service.... at this point i trust the local chain car maintenance service center in lieu of Toyota's dishonesty and false claims of a factory recall repair availability. do your self a favor and dont waste your time arguing with higher ups in the Toyota food chain and go to another dealer and other manufacturer.
