Maybe if you read the post you would see it was about communication not having to bring it back. The fact that a returning vehicle for the same issue was not a priority is an issue. The fact that I have to chase down my answers because people dont call like they should is an issue. I stand by my review. You got your money and I got my car back. I am going to buy another vehicle because it will cost more to fix than it is worth, and I won't be buying from you.

It's surprising and sad that after you hear the results of your work and have someone point out how crucial the battery is -- you will continue to overlook the simplest, easiest and most necessary piece of maintenance. You literally don't care if your customer's car is inoperable? What terrible service! Very happy I now drive a Subaru.
