I feel the dealership was friendly and not pushy. They were really ready to step up and help. I had a 2001 rav 4 and the computer when out and broke my transmission. I was 800 miles out of warranty. They got me in a new car at a price I can afford with a good interest rate. with out going in to more detail about the broken car and the warranty issue. I feel the dealership stepped up and did what they could to help me out. My only complaint would be the Navigation package which is suppose to be the upgrade does not come with xm. This is silly, the upgrade should keep the xm especially when you need it to fully use the navigation package. More

This year the rival sent us a letter with excellent trade-in opportunities so we took it to Precision to see if they would match it and if service would be better. We weren't sure we would buy but our sales representative - and everyone we worked with there - was so helpful and friendly that we walked out with a 2010 Prius. Great job. More
