Pricision takes the opposite approach, seeking high-volume sales and repeat business. If you're serious about buying on that day, expect them to be immediately very aggressive on their pricing. You will find it hard to walk away without making the purchase. This keeps people like myself from returning again and again as a repeat customer. We had such a wonderful experience at Precision Toyota! We took our time in our car search. We visited 7 dealerships and test drove a dozen cars over a 6 week period. Some of them were down right awful. We went into Precision 3 times, and every single time it was a great experience! We told Tony, our initial sales consultant, that we were taking our time and doing our research. We told him what we wanted & what we were looking for and never felt pressured. He even called to follow up with us a few weeks later. By our third visit, we had decided on the Rav4. We had requested a quote over the internet before we went in, and that is how we ended up working with Morgan. They both stayed well past closing-10:30p-to help us finalize the sale. Tony drove us to 2 different storage lots so we could SEE the actual car we were purchasing. We are so appreciative of their hard work. Even at the late hour we were there, they wanted to make sure we knew how to work every feature on the car. Morgan worked tirelessly to make sure they could hit our price point. We do not have an ounce of the "buyers remorse" so many feel after purchasing a new car. We were pleasantly surprised by the features and convenience of the service department.
