Troy Chavez was absolutely superior in working out the details of our deal and met our needs with exceptional professionalism and made it easy for us. We have used Precision Toyota for our service needs as well in the past for our trade in (which was purchased at Precision Toyota) and the service is exceptional. The finance department also was excellent at explaining our financing and staying true to the purchase agreement we signed, no bait and switch here, these guys are true blue and pros! I would without hesitation recommend Precision (and have already) to anyone looking for a new or used vehicl or service needs. More

This is a big plus for us. No one tried to hurry us; all tried to get us the best information possible to answer our questions. This was true at the time of purchase and in follow-up phone calls. Precision worked with us on the price of the new vehicle we decided on and made sure that any extras such as window tint, protective car body coating, and security updates were ready when we took delivery of the vehicle. Our sales associate, Carlos Anaya, did all he could to make us feel comfortable. Above all, Carlos was very honest about all phases and follow-up of the buy. Juan Ramirez, business coordinator, made the choices of warranty plans and security updates clear and understandable. Mary Esther Lizarraga of the parts department helped us to pick out the seat covers we decided to guy, a big help with the measuring and color coordination.
