I took my Toyota Camry into Precision Toyota of Tucson yesterday for a 60K mile, major maintenance. As has been with my past experiences at this dealership, I was welcomed by Robert, totally informed of s yesterday for a 60K mile, major maintenance. As has been with my past experiences at this dealership, I was welcomed by Robert, totally informed of service details both before, during and after the Camry was serviced and was able to wait in the comfort of an extremely spotless waiting area enjoying coffee and a good book. Robert was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, signs of a person who loves his job and excels at performing his duties. I would highly recommend using Precision Toyota for your automotive maintenance and repair needs. More
Love dealership, but yesterday a guy with blue hair pulled my car up (for me to pick up)and just left it running. Never even greeted me or looked for the owner. Just got out of the car and walked away pulled my car up (for me to pick up)and just left it running. Never even greeted me or looked for the owner. Just got out of the car and walked away, in a pick-up area with many other cars. It’s a silver Camry, and looks the same as many others. I did not even realize it was my car, and was shocked he didn’t find the owner of car, before he just walked away, leaving it running. Usually employees are so kind and helpful, and this really surprised me. Everything else there was amazing. More
Service advisor David Molina Well I would say it started great as I was greeted by Mr. Molina but after that I believe everything went down hill. First of all after I mentioned that online it didn’t started great as I was greeted by Mr. Molina but after that I believe everything went down hill. First of all after I mentioned that online it didn’t give me the option of only choosing to have an oil change done instead of a yellow service he said he would change it at the service counter. Well at the service counter he started checking what else is recommended and he strongly suggest needs to get done while I was there for example fuel,power steering, brake flush and transmission flush. I mentioned again I was only interested in the oil change and nothing extra and he still insisted ok so for today I’ll put you down for the brake and fuel flush plus the oil change. Once again I mentioned that I only wanted the oil change done. Didn’t appreciate him being so pushy on the added services I understand he wants the commission out of those services he sells but way too pushy. I try and stay within the manufacturer’s service recommendations for everything but oil changes. I also I don’t quite remember Molina saying the wait would be about 2 hrs for a regular oil change. So when he said my 4runner was ready and mentioned the added services it still needed along with a leak on the front Right shock $4237 since it has the X REAS system which is pretty steep. I let him know I didn’t realize it would take 2hrs just for an oil change and he mentioned well they did all these checks along with the oil change but unless the Tech Mr. Mercado works for free for the other 1 hr 1/2 he only charged for his services .30 hrs @ $21.12. I really don’t appreciate someone to basically lie to me about why it took 2hrs. I don’t know if this dealership overbooks but just 2hrs is kinda ridiculous for an oil change. What really disturb me from Mr. Molina was when he asked what else I had planned for the rest of the day I mentioned nothing really. He then said well 2 hrs for the oil change is nothing since you had nothing going on. Not something I was expecting from a service advisor needless to say I would not like to deal with him anymore. I have bought my last 7 vehicles here. Primarily do to the service department. Today, my vehicle would not start. I got it started and called the Service department and i got right in and Primarily do to the service department. Today, my vehicle would not start.
