Reason for coming in was my Rav4 was totaled in an accident, very sad as I loved my car. Life goes on. My sales man Abid was very good, gave all info I needed or asked and I would recomend him to any accident, very sad as I loved my car. Life goes on. My sales man Abid was very good, gave all info I needed or asked and I would recomend him to anyone. Then spoke with Heide and she was just as good, explained everything to myself and boyfriend and would recomend her as well to friends. Last person was Joshua sr. finance manager. We started out very good but he talked very fast and I ended up signing for services I really did not want to pay for. He made it sound like say the security system was included in the sale. Well my boyfriend and I went back and had it all taken off except for the car sale and services. Also, I wrote a check $10000.00 on the 10th of september which was held till I received my insurance check. I called Josuha on the 15th told him check cleared and could release check and he said he would. On the 19th I called back as it still not cleared and again he said he would take care of it. Well today is the 23rd and still not taken care of. I am VERY upset about this and will call again today to get this taken care of. This is very unprofessional and do not understand why my check has not been taken care of. That is A LOT of money to be playing around with and I want this taken care of immediatley please. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing a vehicle listed as new arrival from this dealership. Albert the internet sales manager was Awesome! worked very hard to find me a car within my budget, after that he as new arrival from this dealership. Albert the internet sales manager was Awesome! worked very hard to find me a car within my budget, after that he was virtually powerless. The car was stuck in recon with no clear eta, management was unwilling to even show the car until "it was done." I was asked to commit paperwork to a car that I had not seen in order to retain the deal. Again, I would do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership when it comes to used cars over the internet, they have forgotten how important customer satisfaction truly is. More
2010 Highlander, still under warantee and I took it in because the engine light was on. I had to bring it back twice because the light came back on after the initial visi and I had too much gas in the tan because the engine light was on. I had to bring it back twice because the light came back on after the initial visi and I had too much gas in the tank. The car was there for three days total and they eventually found one a small tear in a vacuum tube. No ohter damage or nicks in the tube. They told me the nick was due to pack rats. Living in Tucson, I am aware of pack rat damage. This was not due to pack rats. I asked to speak to the service manager. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. My opinion is that this was dishonest. I am very disappointed in this dealership and the way they represent Toyota and the warantee associated with their cars. More
Came into the dealership for a 5,000 mile service on my 2008 Prius and ended up buying a 2011 Prius!! Like the "no pressure/hassle" sales for the new car and am satisfied with the trade-in for my old car. Altogether, a good experience and am enjoying the new Prius! More

It had been some time since I had bought a car through a dealership, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Our salesman Steve made the process as painless as it could be. Beware of Precision Toyota of Tucson. They seem to Beware of Precision Toyota of Tucson. They seem to be nice folks, but my experience with them has been very poor. I purchased a new 2005 Prius, Beware of Precision Toyota of Tucson. They seem to be nice folks, but my experience with them has been very poor. I purchased a new 2005 Prius, which they sold to me for sticker price when most competing dealerships charged markups. So far, so good. However, they offered an add-on extended warranty, with the promise that the $1955 purchase price would provide extended warranty coverage and be returned after 5-years should my Toyota never require warranty service. The warranty was sold by Precision as part of the vehicle purchase, but provided by a 3rd party company (Signet Financial Group). The end of my 5-year warranty passed, and the procedures to claim a refund where challenging to meet. I had a short 30 day window to submit the pile of hard-to-find paperwork, and Precision provided no reminder to do this -- luckily I put it on my calendar 5 years ago. Signet delayed my refund, then disappeared without returning my $1955 as per the contract signed at Precision during the car purchase. Unknown to me, and without any notification from Precision, Signet has been the target of numerous serious consumer complaints for over a year as found via Google searches. I strongly suspect Precision was aware of this and did not notify me, nor, most likely, the many other Precision customers who were, or will be, victimized by this fraud at the conclusion of their Toyota car warranty contracts. Such notification would have allowed us to submit consumer complaints prior to the disappearance of Signet. Other dealerships offered warranties through Signet, and Google searches indicate many are now providing partial refunds, service discounts, and/or cooperative legal assistance. Precision did submit a letter of concern to the Arizona Attorney General, however, Precision has advised that I pursue my contractual refund on my own, and has declined to provide further assistance, compensation, or facilitate cooperation with other known Precision customers impacted by this fraud. They simply didn't stand behind a product that they sold to their customers and most probably hope to keep this significant issue under wraps. Precision has lost my future business and that of friends & colleagues. Consider taking your business elsewhere. More
