I have been working with several dealership to try and get approved for a decent vehicle since my credit is not the best. I was treated as if I was not a customer but just a number. I was unhappy with my car shopping experiences until I talked to Ray at Precision Toyota. He asked me what I was looking for and did exactly what was asked of him with no pressure or sales tactics. I felt like I was a valued customer and that my business was important. He found me not only that car that I wanted but at a price that worked for me. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership. Joshua handled all the financing and got me an excellent warranty as well as a security system for my car without even having to ask. When I drove my car off the lot I felt very happy with my experience and that made me love the car that much more. I will definitely be coming back to precision when I am ready to get a newer Toyota. The experience was something I never thought I could have from a car dealership. The energy was amazing and they kept my two year old son busy the whole time so I could fill out paperwork without interruption. I will be referring everyone that I know to Ray and Joshua.
