They give me a $3000 quote for set of tire replacement. Breakdown: Mount and balance the tires: $2994.08 225/60R18 100H DUNLOP GRANDTREK PT20 Tire balancing: $49.95 Tire Alignment: $119.95 Break flush: $124.95 It's a $200 tire. $3000 for a set of tires. total rip-off. The Collision shop did an amazing job replacing a door lock actuator on my 97 TOYOTA CELICA GT which is in very clean condition which I thought was not going to be repairable since the lock failed closed lock actuator on my 97 TOYOTA CELICA GT which is in very clean condition which I thought was not going to be repairable since the lock failed closed and the door could not open. I was proven wrong and they were able to open the door and replace the part. Very Impressed and did an awesome job! The other TOYOTA dealer which was actually closer to me sucked and going the extra miles to get to the Collision center was totally worth it More

The service advisor, Mr Burt, made sure my car was thoroughly inspected by the mechanics prior to the end of my warranty. Two items needed attention. Here to report fraudulence. Toyota.com advertised a 2022 Corolla Hatchback lease for 36 months at $249 per month paying $1999 due at signing. This amount due at signing included Toyota.com advertised a 2022 Corolla Hatchback lease for 36 months at $249 per month paying $1999 due at signing. This amount due at signing included first monthly payment, cash out of pocket, and acquisition fees but excluded tax, title, licensing fees. I checked Precision Toyota's website and they advertised this deal. I drove to Tucson and met with a very nice salesperson. I showed him the advertisement on his own computer and stated, "My credit score is 820 and I would like that deal". After checking with his manager, he came back and stated that there is no way they could do it for this price as they would have to add several thousands of dollars out of pocket to get the payment to $249 per month as opposed to the $1999 advertised on their website. Puzzled I asked him to print off the advertisement and take it to his manager. He did so and upon his return he reiterated that they were not willing to stand behind this deal. I asked why it was on their website if they could not honor it. He stated that they raised the MSRP to above what the fine print showed for this deal, and they were not willing to lower it to meet this advertisement. I showed the salesperson how the payment estimator worked for this advertisement on TOYOTA.COM and how the monthly payment increases or decreases depending on how much out of pocket I would put down... and $1999 showed $249 per month. He repeated what he had stated, "based on how much they raised the price beyond MSRP in the fine print, it would be several thousands of dollars more than what was advertised". I kindly asked to speak to his manager to see how they could possibly get around honoring the Toyota payment estimator. When the manager arrived, he stated that he couldn't even get his family a good deal... Not sure how this helped but at least they smiled to my face. I do not recommend places that do not honor their own advertisements. I believe that is called fraud. I uploaded this review to Google reviews and Yelp with a screenshot of said advertisement as shown on their own website. More
