Basically we are happy with the vehicle we purchased, but we are unhappy with the Karr security system which we purchased after the presentation and while we like the radio, we are unable to read the display we are unhappy with the Karr security system which we purchased after the presentation and while we like the radio, we are unable to read the display during the day if the sun is out (like it is 95 % of the time in Arizona). We became unhappy with the Karr system after we found out that owners manual explains nothing about the various types of protection. Upon going on line to get more information, I discovered several reviews about Karr which were very unfavorable and described the system as a ripoff. When I called Patrick in finance to voice my dissatisfaction and see what could be done, he informed me that he could take the system out, but there would be no refunds because of our unhappiness. While I understand his position, this has not made me a happy consumer! Jerry Rickard More
