Precision did not have the truck that I wanted in stock. We went in there to look at a used Tacoma. The truck itself was great, except that the tires needed replacing in the very near future. We went inside to work a deal and were going to be paying in cash since we had secured the financing we wanted on our own before going in. From the very beginning the games began, with them sending the salesman (who was perfectly nice and did a good job) back and forth to try and push us higher on a price, despite us telling them upfront the maximum amount we were willing to pay. Eventually the internet sales manager came in and tried to convince us himself to pay more than we were willing. After we refused again, he got up, stomped off, and yelled "FINE!" like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and we informed them that we would never be shopping there again, nor would we recommend them. We're not unreasonable people and can understand if a deal is not workable for both sides, but his behavior was just ridiculous. Now this morning I received a phone call/email from the person I originally corresponded with before we went in, who basically blamed the experience on us for not asking for him, and stating that the price he gave in previous emails ($100 off the internet price) was REALLY the best price. I've bought a fair share of cars in my lifetime (2 simultaneously at Precision for my last purchase - I wasn't thrilled with them then either), and I can tell you that I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealer. They are extremely unprofessional and wouldn't know how to perform customer service if it smacked them in the face. More
