Took for recall and General diagnostic I took my 2008 Dodge Charger police package in for a recall and a diagnostic they told me that I will have my car back in 4 hours. To make a long sto I took my 2008 Dodge Charger police package in for a recall and a diagnostic they told me that I will have my car back in 4 hours. To make a long story short they call to tell me that I will not be getting my car till the next day because the don't know if they got the right part for my car but they had ordered this part 2 weeks ago when I went in for the first recall . How could this be when is a recall and they had all my car information this was the worst customer service I experience. At this point I don't even know if they did the job correctly because now my car horn doesn't work now and they still charge me for the diagnostic after all of this. I understand that I had to pay for the diagnostic because I requested one but when you they tell me something I already know and told them that was wrong with the car. Then to be told that I have to get a new Engine for my car. This is the worst news but I don't understand because drove the car there all could say was there to much going on when all I had was one misfire code and a tick coming from my Engine. I didn't buy the from this dealership but I wouldn't recommended Because I received the worst customer service experience at this dealership I this time I am taking the car to a other dealership to check if they did the job correctly . AVOID THIS DEALER Horrible service.we bought a Truck and wanted it serviced for a simple trans problem after owning it for a week and a half. Had to wait two weeks before the even mentioned a rental car. We sent it to our ford dealer, they wanted to fix the truck at this own place. Had to wait another two weeks for the truck to go back to them. It has been at their shop now for two weeks and has not moved. Everytime we call, no one knows what is going on with the truck or where it is. No one ever answers the phone or calls back in a timely manner. They are time consuming for no reason. Worst service department I have ever seen. More

Great Service Experience I took my truck in for service, found out it needed a part (was not in stock). They ordered the part (came in about 3 days later) they called and I s I took my truck in for service, found out it needed a part (was not in stock). They ordered the part (came in about 3 days later) they called and I set up an appointment. When i got there they took it right in and i was back out in under an hour. All the staff was very friendly,courteous and professional. Since then i was back in for an oil change and the same thing.(in-out-done). They just turned service into an enjoyable experience. More
Do not use their service department . They had my car for 2 days and never even looked at it. They never returned our phone calls. We were forced to drive down there to see what was g . i bought a new ram 1500 and when driving it home i noticed that as soon as it hit 3000 rpm there was a loud ringing noise coming from underneath. i thought i would drive it around for a while maybe it noticed that as soon as it hit 3000 rpm there was a loud ringing noise coming from underneath. i thought i would drive it around for a while maybe it would go away. the noise got worse, i bought it to the dealer and they said noises are hard to find, nothing we can do live with it. i could not believe it, i decided to try another dealer. i went to precision jeep ram in butler new jersey, totally different experience. i was not pushed out the door, they understood how i felt, and yes a noise like that could come from anywhere but they were confident they could fix it. sure enough they fixed it, the truck feels totally different to me. all i hear now is a sweet sounding hemi motor, i now love my truck. thanks precision !
