Always Helpful! My satisfaction goes back several years when it was suggested by Brian Pangione to purchase the Chrysler Max-Care extended warranty. Not being a fan o My satisfaction goes back several years when it was suggested by Brian Pangione to purchase the Chrysler Max-Care extended warranty. Not being a fan of extended warranties because I usually blow through the mileage limitation, I initially declined. However, Brian advised that the warranty has NO MILEAGE OR TIME LIMITS!!! I never heard of such a warranty -- nor have most of my friends. I don't know why Chrysler doesn't advertise it better. Even before my most recent repairs that would've totaled more than $2k, that warranty paid for itself many times over on my wife's vehicle -- a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country. I have the same warranty on my 2008 Chrysler 300. That, too has paid for itself many times over the years. I now have over 140,000 miles on the vehicle and just had several warranteed items repaired! I have been helped by both Brian and Pam Krueger many times. Thanks Brian and Pam! More

Stay away from this dealership!!!! First when I purchased my vehicle I found out that their finance guy doctored my contract and I was charged over $500 more than I should. Now for service it seems I have been blackballed. They said that they didn't hear the noise for the engine so wouldn't fix the issue. Had to go to another mechanic to have the ball bearing replaced. Will never step foot in that place again! More

I was treated as if I had been a long time preferred, 'big spender' type customer. Service staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating not to be cliche but "go the extra mile" appropriately applies here. Work was done well, quickly & painless. Plus, I got to hold the TV remote & watch what I wanted to in waiting area! Seriously tho... In a nutshell, I found my home dealer for all future service and purchases. More

They fixed it well and were very very professional and polite about the whole situation. I appreciate their concern for my vehicle and safety. Also in these times who wants to pay a ticket for driving an unsafe vehicle certainly not me. More

Excellent Customer Service My 2012 Dodge Journey had the check engine light come on and was not running smoothly. Since I drive over 30k a year, he was thoughtful enough to work with me to get into an extended warranty plan with unlimited mileage. He was very helpful through the whole process and made it easy. Took for recall and General diagnostic I took my 2008 Dodge Charger police package in for a recall and a diagnostic they told me that I will have my car back in 4 hours. To make a long story short they call to tell me that I will not be getting my car till the next day because the don't know if they got the right part for my car but they had ordered this part 2 weeks ago when I went in for the first recall . How could this be when is a recall and they had all my car information this was the worst customer service I experience. At this point I don't even know if they did the job correctly because now my car horn doesn't work now and they still charge me for the diagnostic after all of this. I understand that I had to pay for the diagnostic because I requested one but when you they tell me something I already know and told them that was wrong with the car. Then to be told that I have to get a new Engine for my car. This is the worst news but I don't understand because drove the car there all could say was there to much going on when all I had was one misfire code and a tick coming from my Engine. I didn't buy the from this dealership but I wouldn't recommended Because I received the worst customer service experience at this dealership I this time I am taking the car to a other dealership to check if they did the job correctly . AVOID THIS DEALER Horrible service.we bought a Truck and wanted it serviced for a simple trans problem after owning it for a week and a half. Had to wait two weeks before the even mentioned a rental car. We sent it to our ford dealer, they wanted to fix the truck at this own place. Had to wait another two weeks for the truck to go back to them. It has been at their shop now for two weeks and has not moved. Everytime we call, no one knows what is going on with the truck or where it is. No one ever answers the phone or calls back in a timely manner. They are time consuming for no reason. Worst service department I have ever seen. More

Great Service Experience I took my truck in for service, found out it needed a part (was not in stock). They ordered the part (came in about 3 days later) they called and I s I took my truck in for service, found out it needed a part (was not in stock). They ordered the part (came in about 3 days later) they called and I set up an appointment. When i got there they took it right in and i was back out in under an hour. All the staff was very friendly,courteous and professional. Since then i was back in for an oil change and the same thing.(in-out-done). They just turned service into an enjoyable experience. More
