very poor customer service me and my mother n law went to this place on monday 8-15/16 to look at a volvo listed as i quote out of the wrapper no scratches outside or inside and me and my mother n law went to this place on monday 8-15/16 to look at a volvo listed as i quote out of the wrapper no scratches outside or inside and first off it had a huge dent in the roof as well as numerous scratches on the outside the inside had cigarette burns in the seat and the doors dash and rest of interior had paint peeling off everywhere it was far from the add description and thats just the beginning upon test driving it we found that the transmission was slipping horribly although that still did not run us off we were told that it would be looked at by a transmission shop that day and we would receive a call well guess what no call i than text and called several times on tuesday with no return calls i again attempted today being wednesday from a different phone only making this many attempts because my mother n law really liked this car mike answered and said he would call right back once he knew it was me several hours later when he still hadnt called back i called him again only to be hung up on i than text to ask why he had done so with no response now keep in mind i showed up on monday with his asking price cash in hand and was very polite throughout this entire ordeal so the moral of my story here is dont waste your time on there junk they apparently are trying to pawn off other peoples issues on good paying people than when you catch on they dont return phone calls very unprofessional people and will never receive any of my or my customers business.
