Managers Special - Service Awesome price and great customer service. Car warned of A1 service needed. The service tech found that my rear brake caliper was frozen. I had no idea. Replaced rear brakes and caliper and had me back on the road the next day. I am still driving this car and would not consider giving it up. Sure, I take of my car but the real kudos go to the people in Service, Over the 13 years, to date, my car has been cared for by a crew of individuals who are professional, knowledgeable, personable and, thank goodness, have a sense of humor. The prices are competitive anywhere, the coffee is hot, the bagels and cream chees are fresh and seats are comfortable. I doff my hat to Rodney B., Brian, Raymond and Rusty in the office - I apologize for not remembering all names at this moment. This is where any dealership truly shines: In the Service department and the office. The guy who sold me my car, Stuart somebody or other, who was very nice and made the experience pleasant; is no longer there - but these service/office friends remain on deck . More
