I have given Precision Acura of Princeton great reviews here for sales, but I am remiss at providing a review on their service. Mike Mealey is the service advisor that manages all my service needs at this here for sales, but I am remiss at providing a review on their service. Mike Mealey is the service advisor that manages all my service needs at this dealer, and I have owned many Acura vehicles consistently serviced here with Mike leading the efforts. I am extremely happy with Mike and his team. They take all my vehicle concerns seriously and seek to remediate, even if I am often picky about noises or other little things others may overlook. The facility is great, the employees are extremely friendly and know me by name, and the service experience is premium as is fitting a premium brand. I actually look forward to working with Mike for my service needs and enjoy knowing he and the team have my back if anything goes wrong with my cars. I am grateful for the Precision Acura service team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for service excellence. More

Since I brought my car for service in 2018, I'm always having issues. Had to go back twice because they didnt do the transmission service correctly. Went in for brakes, left there with 3 lug nuts, where a having issues. Had to go back twice because they didnt do the transmission service correctly. Went in for brakes, left there with 3 lug nuts, where are the other two? And that is a safety concern. At the end of 2018, I called them about a TSB about certain vehicles are burning excessive oil. They told me no, you're car isn't burning oil, (in aggressive manner)... well how would they know that if they haven't checked my oil? After that, I'm getting oil messages on my dash. Went in, they told me it was my oil pressure sensor. I replaced that. Lights came back on.. they said nothing, just reset it, so I let it go. Months later I did an oil change, same day, my oil light came on. They said is my oil pressure sensor.. Again? Now you're pulling thing out your butt! I brought up the TBS, and finally almost near the dead line, they started to a oil consumption test. An oil consumption test is to tell how much of the oil your vehicle is burning. You're supposed to change the oil and its filter, &come back every 1000-1500miles 3 separate times. I've talked to Allen, the director of service, and told me NO ACURA dealership changes the oil and filter when doing an oil consumption test. I just called Davis Acura.. and they agreed that YOU ARE IN FACT SUPPOSE TO CHANGE THE OIL AND THE FILTER. I knew that as well, I worked as a service advisor at other dealerships and have a degree in automotive. So for Allen to LAUGH over the phone talking about no, they are not suppose to change the oil and filter, seems not only foolish, but ignorant as well. A small dealership with a small team, will rush your vehicle in and out. Rushing only brings us back and upset! And they do not want to handle warranty work because how little of a team they have. The dealership gets paid for warranty work! I can provide pictures of my same oil filter I brought in may, and my automotive degree! Oh and if you give them bad reviews, they will deleted/ replace your emails, so you wont give them a bad review and it wont affect their bonuses! And please dont try to contact me because I rated you a low star, Allen laughed at me.. hopefully he's laughing at this. && Ladies, because careful with the bs that comes out of their mouth. They only sell you things that you don't need! As a female, reason why I went to automotive school. More
I have to say Acura has the best customer service. Service dept always greeted me and making sure if anyone was helping me.
