I visited this dealer couple of days ago for acura suvs.I received excellent support on my vistit here..But the only problem with this dealer is price-rigidity.Not down even single penny.The vehicle i was lo received excellent support on my vistit here..But the only problem with this dealer is price-rigidity.Not down even single penny.The vehicle i was looking for was involved in an accident..and first of all it my mistake for not having seen that.After reaching there,i realized this and offered a 1000$ less than what was quoted.They should bear in mind how they negotiate if the car what they are buying involved in an accident.Sometimes flexibility pays.. After all,it should a win-win in auto deals..not always dealer win-customer loose :) w.r.t the support-wise/customer dealing,un-paralleled to any of the acura dealers in nj..no pressure tactics.. He listened carefully to my needs and helped me find a MDX equipped exactly as we wanted, in the color we wanted, with the interior color we wanted. We leased the MDX and have be extremely pleased with the car. My current lease was over on April 2, 2010. I thought this was the right time to start looking for a new car. I went to an Infinity dealer on Friday evening to stop the process. I had intentions on also looking at a G37, Honda Accord, Cadillac CTS, and a Audi A6. My plan was always to stop in at Precision Acura as I leased my last two vehicles from there. I Tested drove the 2010 TL and liked the ride and the new design. Once I sat down with Jim Swett I thought I would hear a price and move on with my shopping. I was surprised by the price of the lease and after some internal discussions decided to lease the car now rather than continue to shop. Jim and the team at Precision Acura made this a very good experience as always. I will continue to include Precision Acura on all of my car shopping experiences. Thank you. More

After 40 years of buying and leasing cars, my recent experience with Precision and Ronnie Du Bow has been among the most positive. After visiting a few competing car dealers, I was impresssed by the qua experience with Precision and Ronnie Du Bow has been among the most positive. After visiting a few competing car dealers, I was impresssed by the quality as well as the expediency of the service. Ronnie cut right to the chase after answering all my questions directly. During the test drive, he pointed out the car's features in a clear and precise manner. With respect to cost, (in this case, a thirty-six month lease), I had the impression ( accurate or not) that I was getting the best possible price, thus avoiding the inevitable haggling (which some may enjoy but I do not). Of course, the product itself, a 2010 TSX, seems to be a fine car for the purposes for which I need it. But, as in most things, time will tell. More
