I am pleased to give this rating because of the whole experience I had with Acura of Princeton and in particular Curt Gittleman, who was our salesperson. He was professional and polite. We had requested Curt because he was our salesperson previously and he was most accommodating, and, I, as a woman, was treated most respectfully, not as though I didn't know what I wanted or needed. I was never talked down to, I was not ignored, and I appreciate that immensely. We have leased a total of eight Acuras, and I will always return to Acura of Princeton and again request Curt, and I will most definitely recommend Curt Gittleman to anyone who is also interested in purchasing an Acura. The vehicle was a gift for my wife and I wanted it to be a surprise which is why I didn't want any phone calls. Tom obliged me by giving me everything I needed to make a quick and easy decision. When the time came to buy the vehicle Tom was on vacation and I had the pleasure of speaking to his manager who knew the whole story the day I called. I don't know how but he did. He arranged to have my vehicle ready for me when I walked in with my wife. Jim Swett, a salesperson who knew so much about the vehicle, he made it easy to understand and everything I was promised by Tom, and then Mitchell, was lived up to. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I would like to recommend both this dealership AND the Saleman, Curt Gittleman. I was looking for a price on the internet for a TSX and received the best price from Precision. They followed up with me to see if I was pleased with the quote. I had checked around and they were the best deal. Their manner on the calls was friendly, but NOT pushy. I was specifically looking for a 6spd manual and they confirmed they had (only) one. I arranged a visit to confirm color and availability. When I arrived, the internet contact arranged for Curt Gittleman to handle my questions and potential sale. Curt was extremely thorough and informative explaining both the cars attributes and the dealerships. I was very satisfied and agreed to the sale. It has now been 6 months since my purchase and I have been extremely satisfied with my car. It performs well and it handles and drives wonderful. I tell everyone this is the best all around car I have owned in 40 years. I told Curt that according to the computer I was getting 37mpg at a steady 65 t0 70 mph on the Parkway. That is amazing for a car this size! For you others considering an Acura, be sure to give Precision Acura in Lawrenceville and Curt Gittleman a chance to quote a price and explain the benefits. I traveled from Tom River and it was worth the drive. I also plan to have my car serviced there when it is due. More

The courtesy and genuine character of this dealership's employees make their vehicles, used and new, much more appealing. Sales Representative, Michael Vozza, and Managers, Kurt and Debro, were incredibly employees make their vehicles, used and new, much more appealing. I've always been skeptical of the Acura brand, however after my experience with Precision Acura of Princeton, I am sold. I am a 66 year old widow and was looking to buy a RDX. I did my homework and got prices from a number of dealerships. I could have bought the exact car at another dealership, but chose Precision Acura becau did my homework and got prices from a number of dealerships. I could have bought the exact car at another dealership, but chose Precision Acura because my daughter had a good experience leasing through them. I was guaranteed the price they gave me on Monday as the incentives were do to expire shortly. I was told to fax over my license and my credit card number in order to guarantee the price. I thought I had bought a car. On Thursday I got a call from Mr. Thornton saying --the incentives are gone and......so is our deal----I told him that he had guaranteed the price we arrived at and would hold the car for me--now, Mr Gattorno calls and says he is so sorry that he cannot honor the deal we made! I know for a fact that is not true and feel that they are being disingenuous. Do not do business with these people....the deal you thought you have....just, might have expired! This has been a very stressful and upsetting buying experience. More
We recently purchased a 2009 RDX from Precision Acura of Princeton. We got a price quote from another dealer in the region but it was several hundred bucks higher than our acceptable price. My experience was going very nicely (salesman, price, selection, timeframe doing the deal) until the finance end of the deal. I buy a new car every three years and never experienced the way the financing was handled. In my experience when you're doing your own bank financing, the dealership holds onto the loan contract until you come in with the bank funds.(filling out the loan contract in case you don't get approved by the bank) Frank in the Financing dept. overnighted the contract to Acura the day I bought the car.(on a weekend)I had the funds that Monday. I called Acura Financial to cancel the account and they told me to have the dealership cancel the paperwork.(No acct. was established yet with Acura) I called the Mgr.and expressed my situation to him. He said he would investigate and get back to me. My next phone call was the next day from Frank telling me an account was now set up with Acura and call them for a payoff. It cost me an additional $67.00 for 3 days interest for what I consider a lack of courtesy from the dealership. I would highly recommend Otto as your salesman, (thanks Otto)they had what I was looking for at the price I was happy with, but beware of the financing end of the deal. More
